Return Policy

 

Girl Friday takes pride in all of our products; however, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return processed in the original form of payment if returned within 3 days of receiving your merchandise or a store merchandise credit if returned within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

For a return processed back to the original form of payment these conditions must be met:

 

1.Merchandise mustn't be worn, washed or defective (stains of any kind, rips, tears, snags, holes, soiled or smells) and all tags must be attached.

2.Merchandise must be returned within 3 days. Please notify Girl Friday via email of your grievance immediately. If Girl Friday accepts the return you only have 3 days from the time of receipt to send back your merchandise for a return processed in the original form of payment.

It is imperative that you email Girl Friday at girlfriday@shopgirlfriday.com with all of the shipping information at the time of shipment. Girl Friday will not pay for your return shipping costs.

3. For products proven to have been damaged at the time of receipt, you will receive a total refund, which will include all shipping costs.

4.Girl Friday reserves the right to deny the return of any item that does not meet our previously stated conditions.

5.Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your merchandise was damaged at the time of delivery and Girl Friday approved the refund.

6.Girl Friday prefers that your return is sent back with the original packing slip. However, if you cannot locate the original packing slip, please notify Girl Friday at girlfriday@shopgirlfriday.com  so that a return slip can be made for you.

Pierced jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, fragrances, lotions and items marked "final sale" on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable. 

If a store merchandise credit is requested or applicable to your return, you will receive the credit immediately after your return has been received and processed.

There is no expiration date on a store merchandise credit.

Gift Cards are final sale and may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Return processing time for a store merchandise credit will take 2-3 business days. Please check your email for notifications and updates.
